Terms of Use — Bible Explorer: Read & Study
Effective date: October 15, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Alexandr Bordeniuc, Moldova (“we”), the publisher of the app “Bible Explorer: Read & Study” (“the app”). By using the app, you agree to them. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
What the app is
The app is for reading and studying the Bible. It has no ads. Once the Bible+ subscription is offered, it will add extra video features.
Account
An account is optional. If you create one, use your own email address and don’t let others access it, since you sign in with a link sent to that address. You can delete your account at any time: “Settings → Sign-in and sync → Delete account”.
Your notes and quotes
The quotes and notes you save belong to you. We store them only to sync them across your devices, and we never show them to anyone.

The app’s design and software, the children’s retellings, captions and our other original texts belong to Alexandr Bordeniuc. They may not be copied or distributed without our permission, except as the law allows.
Children’s retellings, calendars and guides
The children’s stories retell the Bible closely and link to the full text. The church calendar, “Time scale,” the hour-by-hour Holy Week events and “Echo” are there to help you read. The encyclopedia tells of history, nature and daily life; ancient dates are approximate, and where scholars disagree, both views are given. We work to keep them accurate, but in matters of worship, follow the guidance of your own church.
The Bible+ subscription
Once the subscription is offered:
- it can be bought only through the App Store or Google Play; the price and period are shown before you buy;
- it renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the store charges you on renewal;
- you can manage and cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings;
- refunds are handled under the rules of the store where you subscribed;
- with or without a subscription, the app has no ads.
What you must not do
Do not try to disrupt the app or its servers, access other people’s data, inflate the shared counters, or use automated tools to download data from the server in bulk.
Liability
We build the app with care but provide it “as is”: it may contain errors, and some features may sometimes not work. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app. These terms do not limit the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
App Store and Google Play
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play terms apply as well.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A new version takes effect on the date shown at the top. We will let you know about important changes in the app.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
